Ceyluna is a directory platform connecting couples with wedding vendors across Sri Lanka. We do not process payments, bookings, or contracts between couples and vendors — all arrangements are made directly between the parties.
2. Vendor Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, pricing, and availability. Ceyluna reviews submissions before approval but does not guarantee the quality of services provided by any listed vendor.
3. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with a vendor. Ceyluna reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines or are found to be fraudulent.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these terms, including fraudulent listings, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ceyluna is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from arrangements made between couples and vendors through our platform.
